Provides assistance and leadership in the administration of the corporation's qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.

Essential Functions

Performs plan management and compliance activities needed to ensure that fiduciary and legal compliance obligations are met. May present recommendations for change or enhancements to benefit offerings to management. Provides direction to lower level benefits analysts. Serves as a project manager leading peers and cross functional teams in benefit/communication projects. Oversees activities performed by vendors. Performs research of programming and/or data issues that impact plan administration activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance or a related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in retirement plan administration or related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Expertise with leading compliance/process reviews, including the identification and resolution of potential risks. Excellent reporting skills. Outstanding problem solving, project management, human relations and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership, Data analysis and/or analytics experience a plus such as excel and Alteryx, Experience with pension and/or benefits administration

Additional Details: This is a hybrid position located in Collierville, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week. This position is not eligible for relocation.
