Administrative Coordination: Support EMS program chairs, directors, or fire chiefs with operational workflows, meetings, and record-keeping. Resource and Liaison Support: Coordinate staff, rooms, and equipment allocation for training labs, clinical shifts, or emergency response readiness. Compliance and Data Tracking: Monitor certification renewals, training records, and continuing education (OTEP) compliance under Washington State Department of Health (WA DOH) guidelines.
