Role Overview

The HR Business Partner Senior Associate will play a critical role in supporting assigned business areas by delivering responsive, high quality HR partnership across the employee lifecycle. This role is designed for a highly organized, solutions oriented HR professional who can independently manage core HR processes, respond to complex day to day inquiries, and partner closely with senior HR Business Partners to ensure business leaders and employees receive seamless support.

Success in this role requires sound judgment, discretion, strong execution, and the ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into timely, high quality outcomes. The HR Business Partner Senior Associate will also contribute to broader HR priorities, including talent initiatives, process optimization, technology enabled solutions, and the use of data and analytics to support evidence based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for day to day HR support for assigned business areas, partnering closely with the senior HR Business Partners to deliver seamless, high quality service.
• Independently manage and execute core HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding.
• Handle complex, high volume inquiries from the business with sound judgment, discretion, and a solutions oriented mindset, escalating strategically when appropriate.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and across HR teams to plan, coordinate, and execute business specific talent initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles.
• Act as initial point of contact for providing guidance on best practices for managing employee performance issues.
• Act as an operational and thought partner during key talent moments, ensuring processes are well orchestrated, insights are synthesized, and outcomes align with business and firm priorities.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to generate insights, identify trends, and support evidence based decision making. Translate data into clear, compelling narratives that inform HR Business Partner recommendations and business leader discussions.
• Actively contribute to strategic HR priorities, including process optimization, workflow simplification, and enhancements to the employee experience.
• Play a hands on role in advancing technology enabled solutions, including adoption and continuous improvement of platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow, as well as AI and RPA initiatives.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with HR colleagues, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders through responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism.
• Effectively gather, synthesize, and align inputs from multiple stakeholders to drive timely and high quality outcomes.
