Now Hiring: Electrical Engineer Location: Arden Hills, MN Pay Rate: $65.00-$75.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday \| Onsite Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to make an impact on cutting-edge medical device development? Join a leading engineering team and play a key role in driving products through Design Verification Testing (DVT) and into production. Job Duties Lead electrical design verification testing (DVT) activities Develop test protocols and coordinate testing with subject matter experts Perform bench testing using standard electrical lab equipment Analyze and summarize test data using Excel, Minitab, JMP, or similar tools Drive yield improvement initiatives and support product validation efforts Lead failure investigations and root cause analysis Track project progress and coordinate cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering best practices Support design approval and product release activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree Experience leading projects through DVT and production ramp-up Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Proven success working with engineering teams and stakeholders Excellent communication and project leadership abilities Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Ready to take the next step in your engineering career?
