ATaste of What You'll Do

As an Temporary Accounts Receivable Representative, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate customer accounts and supporting the financial health of the business. In this role, you will process customer payments received through multiple channels, including checks, wire transfers, credit cards, and electronic payment files, ensuring transactions are applied accurately and efficiently.

You will work closely with customers, drivers, and internal business partners to research payment discrepancies, resolve account issues, investigate unauthorized deductions, and reconcile assigned accounts. Your ability to communicate effectively, provide excellent customer service, and identify solutions will help create a positive experience while maintaining account accuracy.

Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will analyze accounts, prepare customer correspondence, assist with account maintenance and clean-up activities, support month-end processes, and help ensure daily cash receipts reconcile with bank reporting. What You'll Need

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of accounts receivable experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics.
• Computer skill requirements include: basic MS Word and MS Access; intermediate MS Excel.
• Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Experienced in writing simple correspondence and procedures.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Good organizational skills.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Skilled in writing routine reports, correspondence and procedures.
• Skilled in effectively presenting information and responding to questions in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Experienced in working under pressure, meeting aggressive deadlines and making sound decisions. Skilled in using discretion when dealing with confidential information.

• We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
• This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
