THE OPPORTUNITY Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance is a critical part of operating regulated fleets safely, efficiently, and in line with applicable requirements. As Consultant, DOT Program, you will help lead the direction, governance, and continuous improvement of Element's DOT and Hazmat compliance programs across North America. You will work at the intersection of regulatory expertise, client strategy, and operational execution, partnering with clients, vendors, sales, operations, and senior leaders to strengthen compliance processes, support client satisfaction, and contribute to program growth. You bring strong regulatory and business judgement, clear communication, and the ability to work across clients, vendors, and internal teams in a complex operating environment.
Preferred experience includes knowledge of DOT and Transport Canada requirements and related departmental processes that interact with fleet compliance activities. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL US

COMPENSATION The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,500-$103,840 annually. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role. Element also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
