Description Position Overview The Human Resources Intern provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources team while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR data management, company activities, and special projects. This position is located on-site in Green Bay, WI and reports to the Sr HR Manager. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting, interview coordination, and candidate communications. Support onboarding and orientation activities. Maintain employee records and HR Management Systems with confidentiality. Assist with training, company activities, and HR projects. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
