The Program Coordinator supports the planning coordination, implementation, and daily operations of strategic enrollment partnership programs aligned with UT Dallas' enrollment and student success goals. This position assists with the administration of funded programs and partnership initiatives by providing operational, program, and outreach support while serving as a liaison between students, faculty, staff, departments, and external partners. Assists with coordinating recruitment and outreach activities, events, communications, program documentation, data tracking, and stakeholder engagement efforts to strengthen early and long-term enrollment pipelines for multiple key initiative programs. |
| Minimum Education and Experience |
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Preferred Education and Experience |
- Enrollment management, admissions, recruitment and outreach, student services, or academic advising experience in a higher education environment.
- Working knowledge of K-12 partnerships, college access, college readiness, or educational outreach initiatives.
- Experience working with independent school districts, charter school systems, community colleges, and/or other educational partners.
- Experience planning and coordinating student-facing events such as campus visits and outreach programs, workshops, and conferences.
- Experience managing funded initiatives, grants, and/or externally-supported programs.
- Experience collecting, tracking, analyzing, and reporting program data and outcomes.
- Experience delivering presentations and training sessions to students, families, educators, and community stakeholders.
- Experience supporting first-generation, low-income, or historically underserved student populations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM, databases, and technology platforms used to support enrollment and student engagement efforts.

| Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
- Support the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of enrollment partnership programs and initiatives, including the Dallas County Promise partnership, early recruitment programming, transfer pathway initiatives, and other strategic enrollment collaborations.
- Coordinate logistics and operational activities for student-facing programs, including campus visits, recruitment events, workshops, conferences, and outreach initiatives.
- Assist with the planning and execution of partnership activities in collaboration with K-12 school districts, charter schools, community colleges, community organizations, and other educational partners.
- Serve as a liaison between students, families, university departments, and external stakeholders to support program goals and participant engagement.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute program communications, outreach materials, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Collect, track, analyze, and report program participation and outcome data to support program assessment, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Monitor program activities to help ensure compliance with institutional policies, funding requirements, and applicable program guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal university partners, including Admissions, Enrollment Operations, Financial Aid, Registrar, Undergraduate Education, and academic units, to support program implementation and student success.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions for internal and external audiences regarding enrollment partnership programs and student pathways.
- Remain informed on emerging trends and best practices related to enrollment partnerships, student recruitment, college access, outreach, and student success.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Remote Work Notice This position is not eligible for fully remote work.
Following successful completion of an initial training period, a
hybrid work schedule may be available, subject to business needs and departmental approval.
Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be cancelled.
