APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Manage supplier performance and relationships, ensuring inventory, quality, delivery, and lead-time expectations are met. Convert demand signals into compliant purchase orders and maintain accurate, up-to-date delivery information using established systems and processes. Coordinate with suppliers on expedites, reschedules, and delivery priorities to support operational requirements and continuity of supply. Identify supply chain risks, lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions, and drive ongoing supplier performance improvements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex supply issues and support supplier selection, development, and performance recovery initiatives. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering (preferably Aerospace). What Sets You Apart: Good communication/organizational skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to understand complex regulations/procedures. Ability to deal with a variety of tasks at any one time and understand the priorities. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Certification in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Program Management. APICS or other industry standard certifications Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Occasional travel to supplier or company sites may be required, approximately 15%.
