The Delivery and Site Coordinator directs and oversees all activities related to transportation and site service contracts. This role is responsible for estimating, bidding, negotiating, administering, and coordinating contracts to ensure accuracy, cost control, compliance, and timely fulfillment. The position serves as a key liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and transportation providers to support successful project execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Direct and manage activities related to transportation and site services contracts. Review transportation and site service estimates, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for completeness and accuracy. Compile data for estimates, bids, process specifications, progress reports, and related documentation. Negotiate contract awards and administer contracts, including final approval of payments. Maintain accurate contract and contractor status databases. Review and respond to correspondence with transportation companies and site contractors. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with transportation providers and site contractors. Coordinate with production and transportation personnel to ensure contract fulfillment. Initiate and manage change orders for transportation and site-related activities outside the company's scope of work. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and subcontractors. Review project cost summary reports for accuracy and completeness. Ensure Operations Equipment Manuals (OEMs) are developed and completed for projects. Foster a positive work environment that encourages pride in work, customer focus, accountability, and individual initiative. Perform other duties as assigned.
