Overview Are you a construction management professional with deep experience in healthcare and laboratory facility projects, ready to represent the owner on complex builds in the Bethesda, MD area? MBP is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Bethesda, MD metropolitan area. We need a seasoned professional with 10 or more years of combined education and experience in the design and construction of healthcare and laboratory facilities. If you have a track record of progressive career growth in contract administration, change management, construction quality assurance, construction management, or field engineering, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: You will serve as the owner's representative during pre-construction and construction phases for medium- to large-scale healthcare and laboratory projects. Depending on the project's size and complexity, you may work as part of a team or independently, managing cost, schedule, and quality on behalf of the client. You will interact directly with clients, make key decisions on technical issues, and play a strategic role in driving successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the project delivery team to proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
