Summary

The Security Training Specialist role is responsible for delivery, monitoring and analysis of the Workplace Violence Prevention training programs, collaborating with key stakeholders to provide educational activities that support the adoption and implementation of workplace violence prevention training.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. License/Certifications: CPI Instructor Certification required within three months of start date.
3. Experience: Three years of experience in a training environment and/or training role required.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of essential education content, effective teaching and learning delivery methods and the skills to plan, develop, implement and evaluate learning activities for an adult learner.

The pay range for this position is $27.27to $36.88 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
