We are seeking a passionate Finance Project Manager to lead financial performance and governance for complex rail projects, working alongside dedicated teams to deliver solutions that shape the future of sustainable mobility.

Your Role, Your Impact



  • Drive financial planning and forecasting to ensure project scalability and profitability
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align financial objectives with project milestones
  • Ensure compliance and reliability in financial reporting through rigorous internal controls and audits
  • Introduce innovative financial tools and digital dashboards to optimize cost management and decision-making
  • Foster knowledge sharing by mentoring teams on financial best practices and risk management frameworks



You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of three years of finance experience with demonstrated experience in project finance.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Capability to work in a manager-level capacity by challenging assumptions, asking difficult questions, and influencing project stakeholders.
  • Experience working with project-based environments and industrial organizations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple financial and reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to move beyond reporting data and actively drive financial performance and accountability.
