Overview
Offshore delivery lead responsible for execution management of the offshore team supporting dormant account identification and identity access analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore execution across assigned application waves.
- Perform requirement analysis and translate requirements into analysis activities.
- Validate data extraction logic, scripts, analysis results, and evidence packages.
- Lead and build analytical reporting for dormant accounts for applications
- Coordinate offshore analysts and scripting engineers.
- Track delivery progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with onshore lead on scope, priorities, changes, and reporting.
- Review dormant account recommendations prior to stakeholder validation.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years identity data analytics experience with unstructured and structured data.
- Experience with authentication and identity data analysis.
- Hands-on analytical experience working with large identity data sets and reporting
- Knowledge of scripting with Python, PowerShell, Bean Shell, SQL, Excel, etc. and automation techniques.
- Splunk experience for data query and reporting.
- Experience leading distributed analytical teams.
- Strong quality assurance and validation skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with AI-assisted analysis and automation.
- Exposure to regulatory or high-risk application environments.
