Mustang Cat is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Used Equipment Supervisor to support our Used Equipment Sales operations in Houston. This position plays an important role in managing the administrative and operational process for used machines-from arrival at our facility through preparation, sale, and delivery to the customer.

What You'll Do

As the Used Equipment Supervisor, you'll work closely with Sales, Service, and other internal teams to coordinate used equipment transactions and ensure machines are ready for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with service shops to prepare used equipment for sale and prioritize sold units versus stock inventory.
• Manage and track used equipment work orders and help maintain gross profit on transactions.
• Oversee equipment progress from arrival on the yard through delivery to the customer.
• Maintain used equipment inventory, including machines and attachments.
• Perform equipment costing, commission calculations, EFC reversals, and trade evaluations.
• Coordinate hauling and transportation for sold equipment.
• Provide Sales Representatives with equipment status updates, pro-forma invoices, inspections, and photos.
• Prepare Excel reports and sales information for management.
• Support contract processing and documentation, particularly during month-end and year-end.
• Identify issues throughout the sales process and communicate updates to Sales Representatives and leadership.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on coordination of heavy equipment.

• 3+ years of related work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in Business preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience working with database systems
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
