The Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management provides enterprise-wide leadership for Sarah Cannon Research Institute's (SCRI) revenue cycle operations across both the Site Management Organization (SMO) and Contract Research Organization (CRO). This role oversees the full research revenue cycle, from budget and contract development through study startup, billing compliance, invoicing, collections, and revenue realization. Reporting to this role are the Director of Revenue Cycle and, through a dotted-line relationship, the Director of Budgets & Contracts (SMO), ensuring seamless alignment between upstream contracting activities and downstream revenue cycle execution. The Senior Director is responsible for driving operational excellence, compliance, standardization, process efficiency, and financial performance across the network. This is a remote U.S.-based position. Preference will be given to candidates in the greater Nashville, TN area. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available. What You'll Do
