Position Responsibilities Team Overview The UX Team shapes how customers experience Deltek's products. We conduct continuous research to understand real user needs, maintain a growing research repository, and are actively building AI-augmented research workflows, blending human judgment with AI tools to move faster and dig deeper. Our work directly informs product and design decisions across Deltek's portfolio. Why Intern at Deltek? You'll learn how a mature research program operates, from participant recruitment to insight synthesis to stakeholder delivery and get hands-on experience with AI tools that are reshaping how research gets done. Career Interests Product Management Compensation Info The U.S. hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
