Employee Performance Optimization Internship- Endwell, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ

Employee Performance Optimization Internship Help support projects that strengthen employee performance, improve internal processes, and create a better experience for teams across the organization. This internship is designed for students who enjoy problem solving, organizing information, and supporting practical improvements that make work easier and more effective.

Compensation: $17.30 per hour

Location: Position is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Endwell, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ.

College/University must be located in the Binghamton, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ or surrounding areas (Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027). Must be a current College student during Spring 2027.

What You'll Do

• Assist with projects and process improvements that support employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

• Review documentation and help identify areas where processes can be clearer, more consistent, or easier to follow.

• Support vendor testing by helping gather feedback, document findings, and track follow-up items.

• Provide project management support, including organizing project details, documenting next steps, and helping monitor progress.

• Collaborate with internal partners to support initiatives that improve employee tools, workflows, or resources.

What Success Looks Like

A successful intern will help move projects forward, contribute thoughtful ideas for process improvement, and produce organized documentation that supports stronger employee performance and a better internal experience.

Selected interns will be expected to work In-Person at our Saddle Brook, NJ location or our In-Person at our Endwell, NY location 120 hours over the course of the semester, averaging around 12-14 hours per week. If adjustments need to be made to accommodate class schedules or other duties, the intern can work with the manager to make those changes.
