Contractor/Vendor Data Engineer

In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in developing sophisticated software solutions, conducting rigorous experiments, and unearthing critical insights that directly contribute to optimizing GPU memory-intensive workloads. What you'll do:

• Implement software solutions to profile and collect performance data from GPU memory-intensive workloads.
• Design and execute experiments to gather, analyze, and interpret workload performance data.
• Identify optimization opportunities and evaluate methods to improve system performance based on collected data.
• Author and maintain robust and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Research and assess state-of-the-art methodologies within the research community.
• Communicate findings, insights, and data-driven recommendations to support ongoing research and performance improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

Required Qualifications:

• Experience running experiments and collecting data on complex computing systems.
• Proficiency in building moderately complex software for performance analysis, profiling, and data collection.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

• Experience with GPU performance profiling and data visualization software.
