Visit us on www.parker.com/veriflo Position Summary Job Summary: The Parker Veriflo Division Demand Planner generates an unconstrained demand forecast through quantitative and qualitative forecasting methods utilizing market trends, customer inputs and statistical models. The Demand Planner engages with customer service, sales and marketing to understand customer demand signals, model demand drivers and ensure demand information is readily available for supply chain decision making. This position engages with new product development teams to refine and document demand expectations and coordinates with supply planning and procurement to ensure effective product launches. The position also plays a key role in the driving the Division S&OP process while leading the Demand Planning reviews. This person is a well-rounded individual who exhibits strong analytical, communication and leadership skills. They can quickly identify deviations from expected results and other disruptions and can promptly resolve issues. This is a highly visible position responsible for continuing the advancement of Demand Planning maturity at VFD. Scope / Supervision and Interaction: Position directly reports to the Division Supply Chain Manager in Richmond, California and has demand planning responsibility for three manufacturing sites.
