JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, Product Planning & Operations Analytics leads highly complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate strategic planning, product planning, operational delivery, analytics, reporting, process improvement, and technology-enabled innovation. This role serves as a senior individual contributor and trusted advisor, translating business priorities into actionable programs, roadmaps, and operational strategies while driving cross-functional execution and measurable business outcomes. The incumbent partners closely with executive leadership to support strategic planning, portfolio management, roadmap development, operational transformation, and enterprise initiatives. The role combines expertise in project and program management, business operations, product planning, analytics, reporting, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and predictive analytics, to improve organizational performance, customer experience, and decision-making capabilities. This position requires advanced analytical capabilities, the ability to understand and support complex data systems, and the ability to bridge business, operational, analytical, and technology functions to deliver scalable solutions across the enterprise. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB SCOPE: The incumbent operates with substantial independence and exercises advanced judgment in leading complex initiatives that may be broadly defined, highly visible, and enterprise-wide in scope. Decisions and recommendations influence strategic priorities, product direction, operational performance, analytics capabilities, technology investments, customer experience, resource allocation, regulatory readiness, and financial outcomes. This is a senior individual contributor role without direct people-management authority; however, the incumbent leads matrixed teams, directs project and program work, facilitates executive decision-making, mentors colleagues, and regularly advises senior leadership on strategic priorities, operational opportunities, analytics solutions, technology initiatives, and emerging AI capabilities. The incumbent serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader supporting the continued advancement of the company's Claims Intelligence Solutions, Surprise Bill Solutions, and related healthcare payment integrity, reimbursement, dispute resolution, and claims optimization capabilities. Responsibilities include contributing to enterprise roadmaps, operational transformation initiatives, product planning efforts, analytics strategies, AI-enabled business solutions, automation opportunities, and technology modernization initiatives that enhance scalability, operational performance, customer outcomes, client value, and competitive differentiation. The role maintains significant relationships with executives, business leaders, clients, providers, vendors, technology partners, and other stakeholders while managing sensitive operational, financial, and business information. The incumbent must possess the ability to understand, support, and influence complex operational, reporting, workflow, database, and data-management systems while translating business needs into actionable strategies, solutions, and measurable outcomes. COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $100-110K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity. JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): * Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Finance, Analytics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or high school diploma and four years of related experience; graduate degree preferred. * Minimum ten years of progressive experience in project, program, portfolio, strategic planning, operations, analytics, business intelligence, or related work, including leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives. * Demonstrated success delivering enterprise programs, building governance and performance frameworks, managing executive stakeholders, and producing measurable operational, financial, or client outcomes. * Strong knowledge of project and program management, strategic planning, business analysis, process improvement, requirements management, financial analysis, reporting, and change management practices. * Experience analyzing and integrating data from multiple sources and translating results into business insights, executive communications, self-service reporting, operational improvement recommendations, strategic initiatives, and business transformation opportunities. * Demonstrated ability to understand, support, and optimize complex operational, reporting, workflow, database, and data-management systems while ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, scalability, and alignment with business objectives * Experience supporting enterprise roadmap development, portfolio planning, operational transformation initiatives, and cross-functional business and technology programs. * Experience identifying opportunities to leverage automation, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced reporting capabilities to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance preferred. * Healthcare, managed care, provider network, claims, out-of-network solutions, healthcare economics, reporting, or business intelligence experience preferred. * Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, facilitation, negotiation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to lead matrixed teams, influence without direct authority, manage multiple complex priorities, exercise discretion with sensitive information, and make sound decisions using incomplete or ambiguous data. * Proficiency with project management, reporting, analytics, database, collaboration, and Microsoft Office tools used to perform job responsibilities. * PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or other relevant certification preferred; required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable. * Ability to travel as business needs require. * Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone. #LI-AW1 Why Claritev?
