This role serves as a key liaison between patients, guests, and Memorial Sloan Kettering staff and plays a critical role in shaping thepatientexperience. As a Unit Assistant, you will ensureaccurateandtimelyorder processing, coordinate services across teams, and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
