The department is currently focused on improving regulatory readiness, strengthening equipment management processes, supporting facility expansion, enhancing customer service, and standardizing operations across the health system. Position Summary The Manager, Clinical Engineering provides operational leadership for Clinical Engineering services across Community Health facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring medical equipment is safe, available, compliant, and properly maintained while supporting staff development, customer engagement, operational performance, and strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to clinical, operational, and executive leaders while maintaining a strong focus on accountability, customer service, and team development. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience: 4+ years relevant professional experience, to include 2+ years formal managerial experience preferred. Licensure: Valid Virginia Driver's License (VADL) required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The pay range for this role is $94,993.60 - $175,565.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.Benefits
