About the Partner & Client

Aquent Studios is a premier creative agency and a trusted partner to a leading global organization at the forefront of technology and innovation. Together, we are committed to excellence, helping to transform complex ideas into compelling visual stories that inspire millions. By joining this team, you will be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking culture that values relentless creativity, strategic design, and impactful communication on a global scale.

About the Role

In this high-visibility, fast-paced role, you will serve as a pivotal creative force driving executive-level communications. We are looking for an exceptional designer who does more than just build slides-you will lead, influence, and innovate, translating strategic corporate narratives into powerful visual solutions. Working closely with executive leadership and creative teams, you will ensure every presentation and broadcast leaves a lasting impression, making you an indispensable asset during crucial, high-impact moments.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary designer and trusted creative partner for executive teams, translating complex strategic narratives into broadcast-ready graphics and compelling storyboards.
  • Drive the creation of executive communication assets, ensuring strict alignment with corporate brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with and guide external design suppliers, serving as the primary liaison to resolve roadblocks, review storyboards, and ensure deliverables meet executive standards.
  • Apply expert-level knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, layout, composition, color theory, and iconography, to develop mood boards and style guidelines.
  • Manage and prioritize design projects, forecasting workloads and staffing needs, particularly during high-impact executive events (including occasional evening and weekend support).
  • Build proactive relationships with communications teams to anticipate needs, mitigate project risks, and streamline workflows.
  • Provide critical feedback and creative direction to vendors and internal partners to maintain the highest quality of output.
  • Support major events on-site, with the flexibility to travel up to 25% or more, including potential international destinations.

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience managing design projects, with a proven track record of leading creative teams to deliver event-related content.
  • Mastery of presentation design and animation, supported by a stellar portfolio showcasing high-end, executive-level work.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with senior executives and external vendors, backed by a strong executive presence.
  • Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Superb problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and proactively resolve project blockers.
  • Strong technical aptitude and hands-on familiarity with widely-used technology ecosystems and services.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (25%+) to support pre-production and live event execution, including weekends and international travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with motion graphics and post-production workflows.
  • Deep understanding of diverse creative processes across multiple mediums.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently defend design decisions while remaining open to feedback and direction.
