Now hiring for a Non CDL driver Location: Lexington, KY Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour 4-Day Work Week \| Monday-Saturday Rotation \| 6:00 AM Start Home daily with local delivery routes. This opportunity puts your driving skills to work transporting goods safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting the businesses and customers that keep the economy moving. Home every night, weekly pay, and a route you can count on. What You'll Do Safely operate a 26 refrigerated box truck on local delivery routes. Deliver wholesale food products to restaurants, grocery stores, and food service customers. Unload products at customer locations using a hand truck/dolly. Complete approximately 10-16 delivery stops per route. Move products from the truck to designated receiving areas. Complete delivery paperwork and customer documentation accurately. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain excellent customer service while interacting with customers at delivery locations. Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations. Report vehicle, equipment, or delivery issues promptly. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Requirements Previous box truck, straight truck, route delivery, or food service delivery experience preferred. Experience operating a 26 reefer box truck is a plus. CDL A or CDL B license preferred but not required. Strong customer service and delivery skills. Ability to safely navigate local delivery routes and manage multiple stops throughout the day. Good driving record with a clear MVR required. Comfortable completing delivery paperwork and using handheld scanning devices as technology is implemented. Ability to work independently while maintaining safety and service standards. Driving Requirements Valid driver's license required; CDL A or CDL B preferred. Must have a safe driving record and meet company driving standards. Ability to operate a 26 automatic transmission refrigerated box truck. Comfortable driving trucks equipped with forward-facing, driver-facing, and cargo area cameras. Must be available for a rotating 4-day work week schedule operating Monday through Saturday.
