Your Class A license opens the door - we make it worth walking through. What You'll Do Operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer with a 53-foot dry van. Deliver hardware and building supply products to retail store locations. Use lift gates, manual pallet jacks, dollies, and other delivery equipment. Unload freight, including PVC pipe, odd-shaped items, and other hardware products. Navigate tight delivery locations that may require backing into small lots or street-side unloading. Build positive relationships with store managers and owners through professional customer service. Report delivery issues promptly to dispatch for resolution. Complete deliveries safely while following DOT regulations and company procedures. Experience Requirements Minimum 9 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer driving experience. Experience handling touch freight preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and professionally in customer-facing environments. High school diploma or GED preferred. Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to push, pull, and maneuver freight using a manual pallet jack. Comfortable performing touch-freight deliveries and hand unloading as needed. Driving Requirements Valid CDL-A license DOT Medical Card FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years) No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years) No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years) Ability to safely operate day cabs and sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions.
