Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Strong hands-on experience in Python development * Experience with Informatica PowerCenter (development, enhancements, and support) * Strong SQL and database skills, including creating/modifying database tables, views, and queries * Experience in application design, development, testing, and support * Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and data validation * Experience working in Agile development environments * Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills * Excellent communication and coordination skills Good to Have Skills * Banking/Financial Services domain experience * Unix/Linux scripting * Data warehousing concepts * CI/CD and version control tools (Git, Jenkins) Roles & Responsibilities * Design, develop, maintain, and test software solutions using Python and Informatica. * Collaborate with business partners, architects, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of application solutions. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and development tasks. * Develop and maintain database objects including tables, views, and related components based on business requirements. * Create and execute unit test cases and ensure high-quality, defect-free deliverables. * Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution as needed. * Coordinate and communicate effectively with onsite leadership, developers, and distributed teams. * Provide regular status updates and proactively escalate risks or issues. * Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring timely delivery. * Guide and mentor development team members and support technical decision-making. * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
