LACTALIS IS OFFERING A $5000 HIRING BONUS FOR THIS POSITION1/2 to be paid at 90days and 1/2 to be paid at 180days

The responsibilities are to drive a forklift in a safe and responsible manner by moving products to and from specified locations and deliver them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity.

Requirements

Key responsibilities for this position include.

  • Filling customer orders, checking and counting all products before loading into trucks.
  • Ensure that all products are free of damage and infestation.
  • Ensure the production code dates are properly recorded.
  • Ensures that the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications or other requirements.
  • Safely and efficiently operate forklift or any other materials handling equipment as required.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Experience

  • 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
  • Warehouse experience
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Order selection

Skills/Abilities

  • Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions and be able to identify variables within the process and make required adjustments.
  • Able to work in a cold environment.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • RF Scanner knowledge
  • Lift up to 65 lb.
