Part Time Site Support (Communiversity QC) Temp Level 1 Job ID: 318931 Location: Rio Salado Community College Full/Part Time: Regular/Temporary: Temporary Hourly Rate $14.35/per hour. Not Eligible for Benefits This is a part-time, temporary position not eligible for benefits. Work Schedule Varies, Monday - Thursday, AM or PM, work hours between 8:30am and 6pm. Not To Exceed 19.5 hours per week. No virtual work option. Job Summary Provides front-line customer service and performs administrative/clerical duties serving a diverse population of adult education students. Essential Functions 70% - Provides a variety of general and specific information regarding courses and programs offered; uses multi-line phones, computers, and general office equipment daily. Assists with data entry for multiple departments. 20% - Troubleshoots technology issues, schedules appointments, and performs related tasks in support of the operations at the location including room setup for training sessions and special events (moving rolling tables and chairs.) 10% - Assists in navigating in-person students and community members to appropriate departments. Other Duties as Assigned. Minimum Qualifications 1. High school diploma or equivalent required 2. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 3. Experience in a customer service environment 4. Effective written communication and organizational skills Desired Qualifications 1. Experience in clerical/administrative work within a fast-paced environment 2. Experience working with diverse backgrounds and non-traditional learners 3. Experience using online video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, or Google Meets Special Working Conditions May be required to travel to various locations; may be required to work various hours and shifts. This position includes in-person work at: Rio Salado's Communiversity 21740 S. Ellsworth Rd, Queen Creek, AZ. Must be able to lift and move 25 pounds.
