We're hiring a supervisor to lead our Form Factory 1 Maker Space (machine shop). In this role, you will play a key part in enabling quick fabrication turnaround for our manufacturing and design teams. Our ideal team member will be able to prioritize and delegate mission-critical projects to our team of machinists and can collaborate with stakeholders on creative solutions to manufacturing problems or fabrication needs.

This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 in Weirton, West Virginia. Relocation assistance is available.

• Supervise a small team of machinists

• Prioritize and Delegate daily tasks and priorities to team members

• Work with customers/stakeholders to determine requirements for component manufacturing and fabrication projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design parts or solutions to manufacturing or design issues

• Supervisory background, experience managing a small team of technicians

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of the equipment within a machine shop, experience of manufacturing precision parts to tight tolerances on CNC machines, lathes and mills

• Project management experience a plus

• Programming experience - Fusion 360 a plus

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Excellent communication skills and proactive team player
