Application Window Open date: February 15, 2024 Most recent review date: Monday, Aug 19, 2024 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Friday, Feb 14, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Immunology of Gavin Herbert Eye Institute, School of Medicine, at the University of California, Irvine has two openings for postdoctoral scholar positions. Applications are being sought from recent Ph.D, or M.D./Ph.D. graduates in the Biological/Immunological Sciences. Interdisciplinary skills and approaches in Genomics, Bioinformatics, RNA Sequencing, CyToF, FACS, Advanced Imaging, Biochemistry, Immunology and Cell Biology are strongly desired. The incumbent must be comfortable and/or have experience in working with laboratory animal models (mice, guinea pigs, hamsters, and rabbits), and with human samples and an understanding of advanced immunological, virological and pathological methods. This is an ongoing recruitment. Positions are immediately open. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Ph.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree in the Biological/Immunological Sciences or equivalent.
