Salary range:
The salary range for this position is $86,500-$228,600. Application Window Open date: May 13, 2024 Most recent review date: Friday, Aug 30, 2024 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Monday, May 12, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description This Clinical Faculty position is to provide neuropsychological services to transitional age youth and adults in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at UC Irvine. This includes psychological and neuropsychological assessments and providing evidence based psychotherapeutic services. These services will be provided in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychiatry residents and fellows, psychology trainees and Master's Level therapists and case managers. Qualifications include a PhD in Clinical Psychology, California Licensure, established expertise in neuropsychological assessments of adults with mental health disorders, expertise in psychological assessment and evidence-based psychotherapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, focuses family therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and exposure and response prevention therapy. Experience with advanced diagnostic assessment tools including the SCID, SIPS, family assessment tools and rating scales measuring clinical outcomes and function is desirable. Experience conducting neuropsychological assessments in children and transitional age youth is also desirable. In addition to direct patient assessment and care, this position will involve supervision of trainees including medical students, residents and fellows and psychology students and interns. It may also involve engaging with clinical research and quality improvement projects and the generation of detailed patient reports.
