Responsibilities Duties: The Senior Technical Product Manager at CNH Industrial America LLC in Racine, WI will be responsible for managing the feature set of CNH Industrial's CM1X Connectivity product line. The duties include leading the feature development for software enhancements to CM1X such as enabling Wi-Fi tethering and improved breadcrumbing. Managing the development of roadmap for CNH Industrial's future value connected device and software space. Connecting farming operations around the world through the development of value devices that will be unlocked through the value of farm logistics improvement. Leading product discovery efforts to identify customer demands. Creating and managing technical product roadmaps. Managing and collaborating with architecture & development teams and project management to control scope and enable Agile development cycles. Managing product evangelist and subject matter authority. Managing and addressing technical risks. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to launch and support products. Providing competitive information gained pertaining to pricing, products, or general issues in the market to internal teams. Managing corrective actions as they relate to the products. Providing comprehensive knowledge of all product dependencies. Managing identification and engagement/negotiations with external collaborative partners, including those for new technology access and manufacturing strategies/techniques. Leading assigned projects, with limited assistance, and managing multiple products. Contributing to Innovation and provide new ideas. Assisting in groom backlog to understand product issues in real time. Prioritizing product backlog to focus on engineering resources. Conducting qualitative and quantitative customer research. Managing and de-risking product viability with business stakeholders globally. Collaborating with engineering teams to manage and de-risk product feasibility. Developing and maintaining clear product strategy, testable product requirements, and acceptance criteria for product features. Assisting in instrument product with analytics capabilities to understand how the product is used in the field. 20% national and international travel required to company facilities. Position is 100% remote. Salary: $139,875 - 205,150/year. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Science or related field plus 2 years of experience as a product manager or related occupation. The 2 years of experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: 1) conducting market research; 2) creating strategic product roadmaps; 3) providing technical leadership to development teams; and 4) ensuring communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
