Sealcoat Crew Laborer:

Cincinnati Asphalt is a commercial paving and site contractor located in Southwest Ohio and we are searching for qualified candidates. We are seeking individuals with the desire to grow their careers with a growing company!

We are looking to hire multiple enthusiastic and hardworking Seal Coating Laborers to assist in paving asphalt parking lots, small roadways and driveways.

To ensure success as an Asphalt Laborer, you should be physically fit and be able to work long hours in all weather conditions. Asphalt Laborers are often required to work overtime, and weekends as needed.



Responsibilities

Laborer Responsibilities:

Utilizing a variety of hand and power tools, including handheld and backpack blowers, weed eaters, push brooms and hand tools

Applying sealcoat material safely and cleanly using a sealcoat broom

Cleaning up any debris left on site

Driving company vehicles safely and in a professional manner

Safe application of hot pour crack fill material using a direct-fire kettle

Safe and clean application of sealcoat material utilizing seal coat brush and/or spray wand

Manual labor including shoveling, brooming, and raking

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor including asphalt patching and general concrete labor Laborer Requirements:

High school diploma.

Proven work experience as an asphalt or construction laborer.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to travel to wherever the job is needed.

Ability to work for long hours in all weather conditions.
