The Division of Enrollment Management is a key campus thought partner that provides collaborative leadership in university-wide efforts, utilizing systematic, innovative, and synergistic approaches to leverage a data-informed enrollment strategy to improve market distinctiveness, and execute the campus strategic plan. The division comprises the offices of Enrollment Management, Financial Aid & Scholarships, University Registrar, and Undergraduate Admissions. Reporting to the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships Assistant Director of Federal and State Programs, working independently under general supervision, the Financial Aid Fiscal Analyst uses professional financial aid concepts applied to a limited number of financial aid functions. Responsible for disbursement coordination and reconciliation of veteran programs, outside scholarships, alternative loans, federal and state programs. Administers the federal Return to Title IV (R2T4) process. Provides information and interpretation of standard policies, procedures, and regulations. Responsible for monitoring all fiscal functions related to student financial aid, including daily student account operations, disbursement, cash reconciliations and billing in compliance with Accounting and Financial Aid regulations and guidelines.
