Administrative Assistant Institute for Health Aging Part Time 80399BR Job Summary This is a part time role at 50%. Therefore, the salary range for this position is 50% of $50,700 - $63,900 (Annual Rate). This role is fully onsite.
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the incumbent will perform entry-level duties related to the support and coordination of research tasks and may receive training and development to prepare and advance for work at the next level within the series. The incumbent will support staff and Principal Investigator (PI). In addition, they will work with PI and Project Manager to support project goals including administering questions in a community-based behavioral study and assisting with planning informational sessions. They will learn to summarize information and identify matters of significance and adhere to consistency of study protocol. They will also follow study policies and best practices and alert project manager if any issues arise, and perform other duties as assigned. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
