The Contribution You'll bring to this Role: The Senior Product Manager serves as critical and strategic role, collaborating closely with cross functional teams, to driving the key performance indicators, inclusive of compelling product line strategy, growth above market rates, margin expansion, vitality index for new product development, pricing effective and data quality to support marketing and sales initiatives. Reporting to this position will be the Associate Product Manager. In this role, you will report directly to the Motion Safety Business Unit VP/GM, setting the stage for your career to soar! The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $135,000-$155,000 annually. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual incentive plan based on the Business Unit achieving business and financial targets, further enhancing their total compensation package.
