We are seeking: Float Senior Living Registered Nurse

Location: Arden Hills, Lake Elmo, North St. Paul, Delano and Mound Minnesota

In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Health Services while maintaining quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards in accordance with individual care plans. Duties include:


  • Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.


  • Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.


  • Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population.


Qualifications:



  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in the state.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in health care industry with Home Care, SNF and/or AL experience.
  • Multi-facility management experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel to different Senior Living communities each day.
