The Manager, Identity and Access Management will oversee both the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team and the Epic Security team. The Manager will have the unique opportunity to integrate the contributions of both teams while implementing governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and IAM programs. This position is ideal for the candidate with experience in leading change and implementing similar programs in a highly regulated field. Responsibilities include: * Responsible for the oversight and leadership of the activities and functions of the IAM and Epic Security departments.
* Participates in department strategic planning and contributes to its success through effectively communicating goals and expectations to staff. * Ensures effective use of system resources. * Managing the teams work including the oversight of SailPoint development and our internal identity tool while working with Epic and ServiceNow. * Participates in standards of practice and process improvement activities. * Oversees staffing matrices and possesses authority to hire, conduct performance evaluations, and discipline employees.
