Summary The Janitor Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision and implementation of base janitorial service and general supervision of the assigned team. Supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with AFSI's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The pay rate for this position is $45,000-$90,000/year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities The Janitor Supervisor provides leadership and guidance to ensure work performed meets the Governments' and Ahtna Integrated Services, Inc.'s standards of performance. Minimum Qualifications

Experience
2 years: *Must have a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
*Must possess skills to read, write and comprehend English. *U.S. citizenship required. *Ability to pass a background and or Govt. security clearance. *Experience working within a team environment and outsourced support teams. *Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. *Must have knowledge and supervisory skills necessary to plan daily work and motivate employees to successfully perform assigned duties.
