The Department of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University seeks to hire lecturers who can teach a range of courses (i.e., Compensation, Finance for HR Managers, HR Analytics) in our undergraduate and graduate Human Resource Management programs. The instructors will present course materials during assigned course times, hold office hours, administer exams, assign grades, and coordinate any other requirements related to course instruction. Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
1. PhD or Master's degree focusing on HRM (Area could include Business, Industrial-Organizational psychology, Organizational Behavior, other management degree) or the equivalent knowledge gained through extensive and related human resource management experience.
2. Evidence of teaching excellence at the undergraduate, graduate or executive levels.
3. Applicants with experience in on-line course development and teaching will receive preference.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

3. Expertise/background in compensation, statistics, data analytics would be helpful.
3. Applicants with flexibility to teach both daytime and evening classes will receive preference.
