Overview
VTG is seeking an Operations Administrative/Program Analyst (Mid-level) to support the Department of Navy initiatives for Digital transformation, System-of-Systems Engineering (SoSE), DevSecOps, and the future of Digital warfighting. The Operations Admin/Program Analyst will serve in a cross-functional role supporting a variety of Digital/SoS efforts across Naval program offices. This position is onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
What will you do?
- Document program policies, business rules, and processes through risk mitigation plans, operation procedures, and training slides;
- Lead designer for Disruptive Capability Office / NAVAL X marketing, communication, and branding strategy;
- Coordinating and consulting on Disruptive Capability Office / NAVAL X marketing campaigns and briefings to external stakeholders, customers, and performers;
- Consulting on Disruptive Capability Office / NAVAL X Atlassian Confluence pages for branding, web-design, and storytelling for various projects/efforts;
- Provide schedule management support such as maintaining schedules, databases, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence using data provided by the Program Office;
- Administrates cloud-based Atlassian Confluence and JIRA projects with general account support, training, information infrastructure building, page design, and task application management;
- Administrates cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 products like MS Teams and SharePoint.

Required Skills:
- US Citizen - Eligible for DoD Top Secret Clearance (must have an active DoD Secret Clearance);
- High School Diploma;
- Able to leverage experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
- Experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or Public Policy;
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA;
- Experience with MS Teams and MS SharePoint;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook;
- Familiar with Navy organizations and ranking structures;
- Ability to travel up to 15 percent.
Preferred Skills:
- Active DoD Top Secret/Secret Clearance or higher;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Prior DoD/DoN experience with a strong background in DoD systems and DoD networks;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and DoD program planning.
