Overview

VTG is seeking a Security Administrative Specialist in Chantilly VA.


What will you do?

  • Maintain website initiatives to include OS&CI unique applications (i.e. Adjudicators Reference Tool, APICS, etc.
  • Administer and troubleshoot security databases, to include specialized databases, sets up new user accounts and accesses; run reports; perform databases clean up tasks Ensure security compliance with the NRO/IC regulations and procedures of the tasks performed or reviewed by the contractor
  • Track, ensure completion, and prioritize polygraph assignments
  • Track and ensure completion of adverse and foreign travel/contact reports to OS&CI management
  • Process Requests for NSANet/Corp Email Accounts (new, transfers, extensions, terminations); order Polygraph(s) for personnel as required; process Public Key Infrastructure (PRI) certificate requests
  • Serve as the Alternate Portable Electronic Device (PED); inform the Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) of changes via the GED SharePoint when new devices (e.g., pager, blackberry, laptop, etc.) are "Property Turned In" (PTI'd) or acquired within the GED directorate
  • Assist in managing the GED Privileged User (PU) SharePoint site; process/create requests
  • Review Compliance and Data Protection Plans (C&DPP) and submit to GED Government security lead for approval; review different plan types: Contract,
  • Facility, and Project
  • Track TDY for F8 personnel
  • Perform ad hoc security briefings

Do you have what it takes?

  • TS/SCI with Poly Required
  • Bachelors Degree and 5+ years or 7+ years with High School Diploma
  • Maintain website initiatives to include OS&CT unique applications (i.e. Adjudicators Reference Tool, APlCS, etc.)
  • Administer and troubleshoot security databases, to include specialized databases. sets up new user accounts and accesses; run reports; perform databases clean up tasks
  • Ensure security compliance with the NRO/IC regulations and procedures of the tasks performed or reviewed by the contractor.
  • Ensure completion, and prioritize polygraph assignments
  • Track and ensure completion of adverse and foreign travel/contact reports to OS&CI management
  • Perform ad hoc security briefings
Desired:
  • Demonstrated experience performing adjudicative support
    Demonstrated experience in eliciting information, articulating information, and documenting information in a well-organized manner;
  • Advanced ability to lead a team of security professionals encompassing multiple disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 regulations, to include requirements pertaining to Co-Use agreements
