The Strategic Growth Director serves as the chief sales and marketing strategist responsible for planning, implementing, and leading an effective go-to-market strategy in key geographies and oversee all business development and sales activities to grow Nixon Peabody's national healthcare practice. This is a senior-level professional who manages a sales pipeline by identifying, prioritizing, qualifying, and approaching client targets. This individual is expected to leverage his or her existing external network and the firm's resources to source and introduce attractive business opportunities for Nixon Peabody attorneys in the healthcare sector with the ultimate goal of generating revenue for the firm. This position works closely with healthcare practice group leadership, as well as the extended Marketing and Business Development team. Nixon Peabody's national healthcare practice represents providers, including hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, physician groups, faculty practice plans, federally qualified health centers, digital health and telemedicine companies, private equity firms, reproductive medicine providers, behavioral health entities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and home care agencies. The ideal candidate for the Strategic Growth role will have directly relevant sales experience specific to the healthcare industry. This position works closely with practice and industry group leadership, as well as the Sr. Business Development Specialist and the extended Marketing and Business Development team. In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position, depending on location, are as follows.
In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
