Job Summary Job Description From $65K a year Sales Administrator: Responsible to support coordination of the sales and marketing planning functions, including and not limited to: customer forecast review and analysis, customer contract review, SAP analysis and updating as needed, weekly reporting for sales revenue forecasting, market trend research and indicators, forecast accuracy improvement. In addition, Sales Administrator supports preparation and process orders for parts, monitors stock level based on customer needs, records and coordinates the flow of parts between organizations, and prepares invoices to the customer. . Competences required to perform the job (functional and interpersonal skills):
Required Education: High School Diploma with right experience, but preferred BA Required Work Experience: Three years' experience working in an office environment with the Sales/Marketing Department in an administrative capacity. Experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce.
