Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (RiderCoach) to support theU.S. Army requirements in the execution of teaching a motorcycle Basic Rider Course (BRC), Basic Rider Course 2 (BRC2), Advanced Rider Course, and a nationally accredited driver safety course. The total hourly pay for this non-exempt position ($28.93per hour for up to 40 hours per week) is comprised of a base hourly rate of$24plus$4.93per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations. The above rate represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn. Instructors provide standardized motorcycle training to military members at designated Army Installations. The instructor will be responsible for facilitating BRC and ARC classes which includes both classroom and range instruction. The instructor will also be responsible for maintaining class paperwork, pre- class prep, and recording of all information to the web site and ensuring all completed paperwork is turned in to Cape Fox. The instructor must possess applicable Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) motorcycle safety instructor certification. The instructor must have excellent organizational skills and be responsible for performing tasks as promised and with no supervision.
