Planning & Zoning Manager
Responsibilities Under the direction of the Program Director, performs highly responsible professional and administrative work in directing the activities of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Work involves the formulation, modification, and improvement of master and subsidiary plans for the development of the City and presenting these recommendations to the Planning commission. The Planning Director serves as adviser to City and other agencies on questions relating to planning, zoning, capital improvements, transportation, and related matters. Supervision is exercised over professional and technical personnel engaged in developing proposed plans, conducting research, writing reports, and related activities.
