This position is well-suited for a talented, experienced individual who is interested in leading to innovative and challenging industrial water/wastewater projects, The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with one of Geosyntec's leading industrial water/wastewater practitioners to pursue, win, and execute industrial water projects in Minnesota and across the globe.You will join teams on existing industrial water/wastewater projects, helping to deliver projects and expand repeat business with existing clients. Also apply your skills to a wide variety of exciting industries, including mining, advanced manufacturing, food and beverage, and potable water. And, contribute to a growing industrial water/wastewater practice, based in Minnesota, but with global reach and impact. We operate under a sell-manage-do culture, and so we expect that you'd work on challenging technical projects while leveraging your existing knowledge and experience to help Geosyntec expand its current practices and capabilities through business development and client management. You may also be asked to take on project management responsibilities, along with staff management and development, and mentoring tasks. Some of the key responsibilities may include:
Project management - develop project schedules, budgets, and quality management plans. Coordinate the team to deliver quality industrial water/wastewater projects on time and within budget.
