Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.



Your Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will report to the Vice President of Sales - Industrial Division and will be responsible for providing leadership to the sales group throughout the South Central Region (W. AR, CO, KS, W. LA, MO, NE, NM, OK, TX, ); carrying out development of sales representatives with specific focus on account management; developing new business and sales closing techniques; supporting the Vice President of Sales with input on strategic account management and divisional customer analysis; and sales P&L responsibilities.

Supervisory Responsibility:



  • The position will have 3-4 direct reports.


Travel:



  • Approximately 50% within the territory.



Qualifications we are looking for:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business required.
  • At least 6+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products required. Experience in the Lubricants or Chemical in-dustries preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce desired)
  • Demonstrated success in opening new business
  • Solid understanding of direct selling concepts along with product and industry knowledge
  • Ability foster collaborative relationship across inter-company departments and divisions
  • Ability to travel overnight when needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
