Job Details

Our 10-week paid internship program has been developed to provide students with hands-on experience to learn more about the Healthcare industry and the impact to human and animal health. This internship program will provide you with professional development, networking and volunteer opportunities. You will learn about the Guiding Principles of our culture but most importantly, can become a key contributor in the future talent pipeline of Cencora.

Start Date: June 2, 2025

End Date: August 8, 2025

Location: In Office (hybrid)Conshohocken, PA

Responsibilities:

As an PPMO Intern at Cencora, you'll be provided the opportunity to leverage your academic understanding in a real-world, business driven environment. Ultimately, we aim to develop future organizational leaders necessary to enable growth within an accelerated period. During our summer program, you will work closely with one or more project teams to learn the different IT teams and business functions they support. You will also engage in process improvement and financial reporting. At the end of the summer, our interns report out to their Leadership Team on key accomplishments and learnings from their internship experience.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

  • Good project management skills and an interest in pursuing a career in project leadership

  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills

  • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions

  • Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, flexible, accountable and can effectively handle multiple tasks at one time

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate school with an upcoming completion of a bachelor's degree

  • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status

  • Must be onsite (hybrid) in Conshohocken, PA

  • Must be a rising Sophomore or Junior

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
